To keep up with what has changed in a workspaces without going to a website, Socialtext can alert you of changes through your e-mail.

Turn on email notification. To receive notifications when the workspace has changed, select the "Settings" / "Preferences" / "Email Notification" tab. By default, notices are sent out daily. You can adjust the frequency of the notification email.

Turn off email notification. Follow the link in any notification message which takes you to the settings page. Set the frequency of notification to be "Never".
